1. Digital delivery only
All products sold on CS Learning Portal are downloadable digital files, normally PDFs. We do not ship any physical goods, and no printed copy, disc or physical medium is ever dispatched. As a result there is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to provide.
2. How your order is delivered
Delivery happens automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed:
- The product is added permanently to your account.
- You are taken to a confirmation page showing your receipt and a download button.
- The same download is always available from My Ebooks in your dashboard.
- Razorpay separately emails you a payment confirmation for your records.
3. Delivery time
Immediate. In normal operation the product is available the moment the payment succeeds — typically within a few seconds.
If your bank takes longer to confirm a payment, delivery follows automatically as soon as the confirmation reaches us, usually within a few minutes. You do not need to pay again or place a second order while waiting.
4. Delivery charges
There are none. The price shown on the product page is the total payable. No shipping, handling or delivery fee is added at any stage.
5. Where we deliver
Worldwide. Because delivery is electronic, our products are available anywhere with an internet connection, subject to your local laws. Prices are shown and charged in the currency listed on the product page.
6. How long you keep access
Purchases do not expire. A product you have bought stays in your account and can be downloaded as many times as you need, on any device you sign in from. If we release an updated edition of a title you own, you get it at no extra cost.
Access may be removed only where a purchase has been refunded or reversed, as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. What you need to open the files
A device with an internet connection and any standard PDF reader — every modern phone, tablet, laptop and browser can open our files without additional software. The format and page count of each title are listed on its product page before you buy.
8. If your order has not arrived
Please work through these steps, in order:
- Sign in with the account you purchased from and open My Ebooks — completed purchases appear there automatically, even if you closed the page during checkout.
- Wait a few minutes and refresh. A slow bank confirmation can delay delivery briefly.
- If it still is not there, email cslearningportal.edu@gmail.com with your Payment ID, Order ID, and the date and amount of the transaction.
We verify the order against our records and either release the download or issue a refund, following our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
